Front Desk Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to fill a Temporary Receptionist/Administrator role. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the team with accounts-related duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Visitor and Client Interaction: Greet and interact with visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and effective manner.
- Administrative Duties: Assist the team with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Accounts Support: Provide basic invoicing and accounts-related support to the accounts team.
- Office Organization: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, order supplies, and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:15 am – 5:00 pm, Friday: 8:15 am – 1:45 pm (37 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: £13.00 per hour
