About the Job

We are currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Amber Mace, a prestigious care provider. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents while contributing to the continuous improvement of care standards.

Key Duties
  1. Deliver and oversee the provision of exceptional care, ensuring the safety, dignity, and well-being of residents.
  2. Responsible for conducting clinical assessments of residents, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  3. Lead and support the care team, promoting positive relationships and teamwork.
  4. Ensure adherence to CQC standards, maintaining a high level of compliance.
  5. Manage and update electronic care planning systems, ensuring accurate and effective care records.
  6. Develop and maintain effective communication with residents, families, and the care team.
Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, a passion for care, and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. Key requirements include:

  • An active UK NMC pin and up-to-date nursing qualifications.
  • Previous experience working with elderly/dementia residents is highly desirable.
  • A solid understanding of CQC standards and a commitment to adhering to them in daily practice.
  • Experience with electronic care planning systems and PCS.
