We are seeking an experienced Craft Mixologist to join our team at Arcade Centrepoint in the heart of London. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional drinks experiences for our guests.

Arcade Centrepoint is a vibrant food and drink destination located in the Centre Point building on Tottenham Court Road. Our unique venue showcases a range of international cuisines and offers an exciting atmosphere for both locals and tourists.

The Role:

As a Craft Mixologist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and creativity in crafting unique and delicious cocktails. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing innovative cocktail menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and trends.
  • Collaborating with our chef team to create pairing options that complement our food offerings.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Craft Mixologist at Arcade Centrepoint, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant bartending experience.
  • A strong passion for mixology and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
