We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at The Landmark London Hotel. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing outstanding service to our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To be fully conversant with every cocktail (with their garnish), hot & cold beverage served in the Outlet (according to the description on the Pick Up Chart).
  • To participate in food and beverage training and Master classes to ensure up to date knowledge of product.
  • To offer guests suggestions of the cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages and to provide a detailed explanation of each of them when taking the order and serving
  • To be fully knowledgeable about all the allergens and their presence in the dishes and drinks offered in the restaurant and to know where to find all the information before enquiring help from Outlet's Supervisor or Manager on duty.
  • To prepare and keep bar stations fully stocked for each service period.

Requirements:

  • To work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota. (Outlet is open 9am - 10pm)
