Operations Director Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our Manufacturing Business in the Home Counties, Oxford, and Northampton areas of the United Kingdom.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations/production management, preferably with knowledge of International Supply Chain and Inventory. The role offers full P&L responsibility for the site, working closely with the Managing Director and Executive Team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, along with strong financial and commercial acumen. Strong knowledge of LEAN production techniques and experience in project management would be beneficial.
