Job Description
The Manufacturing Safety and Quality Manager will be responsible for driving quality management, health & safety, and environmental compliance across the manufacturing facility. This is a critical role that requires a strong background in quality management and experience driving QHSE compliance across a manufacturing facility.

About the Company
Our client is a high-volume consumables manufacturer part of a larger group supplying various industrial sectors. The company operates from a state-of-the-art facility in Wellingborough, employing a diverse team of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance
- Identify and mitigate HSE risks to staff
- Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
- Strong background in quality management, quality improvements, and route cause analysis
- ISO9001 related qualification or equivalent
- Experience driving QHSE compliance across a manufacturing facility
- Competent with quality-related inspection techniques
- Hold IOSH Managing Safely, CSP, NEBOSH certification or equivalent
