Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Specification Manager to join our team in the HVAC sales department. As a Specification Manager, you will be responsible for gaining specifications with architects, M&E consultants, and consulting engineers in the HVAC sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gaining specifications with architects, M&E consultants, and consulting engineers in the HVAC sector
  • Tracking projects through to completion with the M&E contractor and installer
  • Assisting the internal sales and design team in engineering technical solutions
  • Providing product knowledge and technical support to customers
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of specification sales experience in the HVAC/building services market
  • Knowledge of competitors' fan coils and the advantages of our products
  • Good commercial acumen and ability to track projects through to completion
  • Full UK driver's license

What We Offer:

  • 20% bonus potential
  • Executive company car or £550 per month car allowance
  • 25 days holiday, plus 8 Bank holidays
  • Matching company and employee pension contributions up to 6%
