Job Summary:

Gregory Distribution seeks a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Shepton Mallet. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for Pallet Networks, handling daily service reports, coordinating conference calls, and utilizing internal/external IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure smooth operation
  • Process customer invoices and input data into various systems
  • Manage customer relationships and administrative duties
  • Produce KPIs and daily statistics
  • Investigate and resolve stock issues
  • Liaise with vehicle maintenance teams

Essential Skills:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS packages
