About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to grow their business and increase revenue.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and identifying new markets and sectors to target.
  • Work closely with our underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to enhance our products and services and improve customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in insurance sales or account management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
