Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Identify opportunities to grow our business and develop strategies to capitalize on those opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and video calls.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure we are providing the best possible solutions to our clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow our business.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
