About the Role:
Clinique is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Counter Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized customer service, building strong relationships with clients and understanding their skin and makeup goals.
- Recommend custom-fit routines and products to meet customer needs, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
- Support the development of the team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
