About the Role:

Clinique is seeking a talented Counter Manager to join our team. As a passionate beauty expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a personalized shopping experience, and driving sales of our market-leading skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to make informed recommendations to customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their skin and makeup goals
  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a visually appealing shopping environment
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
