Job Title: Financial Services Relationship Builder

About the Role:
This role is a fantastic opportunity to build relationships and find solutions through regular contact and increasing awareness of our service offering. As a key member of our team, you will support growth and retention of existing members and acquisition of new members through online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Building relationships with members and stakeholders
• Processing transactions and promoting online services
• Handling customer complaints and account maintenance
• Reviewing and updating operating procedure manuals
• Participating in project work and training colleagues
• Working with Microsoft Office within a financial services organisation

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
