Support Worker for Children's Education

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at All Saints Babbacombe C of E Primary School. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our pupils, working closely with teaching staff to implement effective work and care programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in the management of pupils and implement work/care/support programs in or out of the classroom.
- Support pupils in accessing learning and achieving their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a similar setting.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with adults and children alike.
- Calm and patient demeanor, with a commitment to helping young people achieve their full potential.
