Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead our domiciliary care operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our clients. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of caregivers and overseeing the implementation of our operational policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in registration with CQC and management of domiciliary care. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Ensure that all team members adhere to Angelus Homecare's operational policies and procedures.
  • Care Quality: Ensure that caregivers provide high-quality care that meets the standards determined by our company's policy and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Organize monthly caregiver team meetings and weekly office team meetings, and prepare documented minutes.
  • Communication: Attend Management Team meetings and update branch staff on the company's goals and the latest news from the company.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Full driving license
  • Experience in registration with CQC and management of domiciliary care
  • Fluent English verbal and written communication
