HR Advisor Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client's busy and successful team in the South of England. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring best practice is shared throughout the company, ensuring high HR standards are met across the board.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee relations cases effectively, ensuring a consistent approach is applied across the business.
  • Coach and support line managers to enable effective employee relations resolutions and people management capability.
  • Establish the facts and determine the most appropriate business solution in line with our processes and policies.
  • Support conflict resolution via mediation.
  • Ensure all correspondence sent to employees meets minimum standards and is recorded appropriately and in line with GDPR standards.
  • Participate in HR and/or business projects to support business priorities.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with HRBPs.
  • Identify and contribute to continuous improvement within HR Operations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a similar role.
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge and experience of managing casework and employee relations cases.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law.
  • Experience of coaching and training line managers.
  • Ability to manage own diary and prioritize tasks in line with business needs.
  • Effective communication and relationship skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain professional at all times.
