About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experience to our clients and customers in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers.
  • Create visually appealing food and counter displays that showcase our culinary expertise.
  • Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image by providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
  • Handle cash and operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
  • Have an enthusiastic can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Be an excellent team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Have a safety-first mindset and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Have experience within a similar catering-related role, although this is not essential.
