With an impressive global client list, this is a great opportunity to join a leading consultancy at an exciting time in its growth.

Our client is seeking a commercially minded Director of Projects and Operations to lead the tendering team, working closely with the Directors and other members of the senior management team to help grow the business within the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants, delivering high-quality projects to deadline.
  • Hold a relevant postgraduate degree, with comprehensive experience of working in offshore sectors, specifically in renewables, construction, defence, oil, and gas.
  • Demonstrate solid project management experience, with proven tender preparation and proposal writing skills.
  • Be an excellent communicator, enjoying the building of positive and long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders, and exploring new business opportunities.
