About the Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage projects from conception to completion, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ground investigation, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of leading projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects, ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing technical guidance and support to ensure project delivery integrity.
  • Prepare and check reports, participating in the resolution of project technical issues and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure project delivery meets company standards.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in geology/geotechnical or civil engineering, with MSc/MEng in Geotechnical Engineering and Chartered Professional CGeol/CEng desirable.
  • Broad ground investigation experience from a contracting or consultancy background.
  • Proven experience as a senior engineer with responsibility.
  • Post-graduate experience in project planning, commercial, and supervising, with examples of applying standards and technical knowledge.
