We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Principal/Associate Geotechnical Engineer / Engineering Geologist to join our team in Birmingham, Cardiff or Bristol. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in geotechnical engineering and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead geotechnical design teams on high-profile projects
  • Develop and implement geotechnical strategies for infrastructure projects
  • Mentor junior staff members

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in highways, rail, or water geotechnics, a strong academic background with a relevant degree, chartered status, and excellent interpersonal and technical skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career development.
