Automotive Sales Director

We are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service, and as a Used Car Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal. Your responsibility will be to lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets, while also planning and implementing promotional activities and campaigns to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets are met.
As a Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing stock, leading management, increasing Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and defining sales processes. You will also ensure the proper and accurate use of all business systems throughout the team.
Additionally, you will maintain your own product knowledge and show an awareness of competitor activity. You will work closely with the General Sales Manager to plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns.
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven individual with a proven track record of Sales Team Management experience within a similar brand. You will have in-depth knowledge of the used car market and stock management. You will have the ability to communicate with key stakeholders and build long-lasting relationships. You will also have the ability to guide, coach, and motivate your team on a daily basis.
