About the Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Used Car Sales Manager to join our team at Stratstone in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure optimal sales performance.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of Sales Team Management experience within a similar brand.
- In-depth knowledge of the used car market and stock management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
- £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus salary package.
