Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our senior management team in Bridgwater, UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing our human resources operations in both the UK and Scandinavia.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will oversee various aspects of HR, including personnel administration, recruitment, payroll, and general office management duties.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with colleagues in the UK and Scandinavia are essential.
  • You will be responsible for managing holiday calendars, staff absence, and sickness records, as well as handling recruitment tasks.
  • Dealing with personnel issues, queries, and support of line managers is also a critical aspect of this role.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree combined with at least 5 years of HR experience is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
  • You should be self-motivated, have collaborative working abilities, and be able to work independently with high attention to detail.
  • Confidentiality and a proactive attitude are also crucial.
