Revenue Collection Specialist

Norfolk Homes Ltd is committed to delivering excellent services to its residents and customers. As a Revenue Collection Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate collection of revenue for the council.
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. You will work closely with team members and departmental colleagues to resolve customer and/or departmental queries.
To succeed in this role, you must have recent experience in a finance environment, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
