About the Role:

  • As a Reservations Supervisor, you will showcase your managerial and supervisory skills
  • Oversee, delegate, and support daily activities related to reservations and events
  • Maximize revenue opportunities within the department
  • Analyze business plans, identify gaps, and proactively work to fill capacity and meet targets
  • Contribute to the hotel's selling strategy and ensure adherence to it
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and implement strategies to maintain a leading position
  • Conduct regular checks on bookings
  • Foster a culture of high standards in customer service, relationship building, and contract processing
  • Develop and mentor the team for career advancement and succession planning
  • Organize promotional activities for the hotel
  • Exhibit strong leadership to motivate and coach the team towards achieving high performance
  • Utilize analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends
  • The ideal Reservations Supervisor will be meticulous, organized, and possess excellent planning abilities
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems is essential
