As an Account Management Executive at The Recruitment Contact Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective relationship-building and client management.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on our services and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and stock management, to ensure seamless client experiences and resolve any issues promptly.

About You:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Previous experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
