**Lead Our Fight Against Financial Crime**

NatWest's Anti-Tax Evasion and Anti-Bribery & Corruption Lead Role

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Anti-Tax Evasion and Anti-Bribery & Corruption Lead. In this role, you'll develop and maintain policies and guidelines to mitigate ABC and ATE risks, providing technical expertise to respond to regulatory changes and upstream risks.

As a key member of our team, you'll represent the bank externally on regulatory and upstream matters, building relationships with peer banks and other organizations to share best practices and influence the ABC and ATE technical agenda.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop, and maintain ABC and ATE policy and related guidance.
  • Provide ABC and ATE technical expertise to respond to regulatory changes and upstream risks.
  • Represent the bank externally on regulatory and upstream matters.
  • Escalate complex policy, customer, and regulatory matters.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of ABC and ATE regulations and legislation.
  • Proven ability to apply technical skills in the financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of deploying pan-risk strategies across the customer life cycle.
  • Ability to build external networks and influence policy positions.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, based on experience.
