About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our growing funds practice in London. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with well-respected partners and clients to advise on the raising and operation of real estate, private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds.

Our team primarily advises sponsors on the raising and operation of funds, typically raising amounts from £100 million to £1 billion. In addition, we act for select strategic investors and other fund market participants, such as placement agents.

Your Role

You will be working on high-profile matters and will have the opportunity to get involved with direct client contact. We are looking for individuals with a commercial attitude, a confident and proactive approach, good people skills, and the ability to work as a team player.

You will be expected to deliver high-quality work and take the initiative to build a strong network of your own. You will work closely with our clients and other advisors, so good communication skills are essential.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced lawyer, qualified in England & Wales (ideally 5-8 PQE) with a strong track record in private funds. You must demonstrate solid experience in funds matters and should have excellent academic credentials.

You will be well on the way to building a strong network of your own, and will be eager to build long-lasting relationships with clients and potential clients and advisers.
