Job Summary

At AXA Funds Management, we are seeking a highly skilled Asset Performance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Performance Analysis department, you will play a vital role in analyzing and evaluating the performance of our Fixed Income, Multi Asset, and Alternative portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely distribution and accuracy of data.
  • Develop and maintain performance data, ensuring ongoing quality and accuracy.
  • Identify and escalate performance issues or production problems, ensuring adherence to regulatory timeframes.
  • Conduct attribution analysis of Fixed Income, Multi Asset, and Alternative portfolios, providing insights to support business decisions.
  • Support the onboarding process for new performance reporting requirements, including ad-hoc queries and data analysis.
  • Liaise with global colleagues to foster cross-training and create synergies, driving business growth and excellence.
  • Collaborate on team and business-wide projects, staying up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in a relevant field, with 1-3 years of experience in asset management.
  • Proficiency in performance and attribution methodologies, with advanced Excel skills (macro/formatting/power query editor).
  • Strong understanding of asset management, funds, and reporting principles.
  • Flexible approach and proactive mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
