Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Management Specialist to join our team at Trace – Expert Accountancy Recruitment. As a Fund Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our client's infrastructure fund within the fund management business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and review fund management information and reports on investment performance
- Review annual fund statutory accounts and audit
- Oversight of investor drawdowns, distributions, equalisations, and general investor reporting
- Collaborate with third-party fund administrators
- Liaise with the asset management team to report on fund performance
- Conduct financial due diligence on target investments
Requirements:
- Hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Audit experience with a Private Equity funds client base or fund accounting experience in-house or with a fund services provider
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with teams across the business
- Capacity to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000, plus excellent benefits and bonus potential.
