Project Support Officer - PMO Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Support Officer to join our team at Sanderson. As a key member of our Programme Management Office (PMO), you will provide critical support to our Programme Manager and Project Managers, ensuring the successful delivery of our major transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide core PMO support and administration to the Programme Manager and Project Managers
  • Manage RAID logs, reporting, and resource allocation
  • Support the delivery of multiple projects and workstreams, including business and IT transformation initiatives
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and records
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in operating at Project Support Officer/PMO Analyst level
  • Excellent core PMO skills, including RAID management, reporting, and resource allocation
  • Proven track record of supporting major transformation programmes involving multiple workstreams/projects
  • Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, including business and IT teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive daily rate of up to £325 (umbrella only)
  • Part-time contract, 3 days per week
  • 6-month initial contract, with potential for extension
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 1 day per week onsite in Bath and 2 days remote
