About the Role
The Staff Experience and Retention Team at Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team as an Onboarding and Retention Projects Officer.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that new starters have a positive experience when they join the Trust. This will involve analysing data and information to influence and advise managers in creating a positive experience of work for their staff.
The Onboarding and Retention Projects Officer will also be responsible for frequently engaging with managers to raise awareness of and foster enthusiasm for the various initiatives and projects of the team. This will include presenting at meetings and liaising with recruiting managers to support them in delivering effective candidate care to new employees.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise and manage their own workload when faced with competing demands. They will also have effective influencing skills and be able to demonstrate a passion for the subject area.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Experience in Onboarding and Offboarding is desirable, but not essential. The successful candidate will be able to work with data and use Excel to analyse and present information.
