Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries. They will provide support to the sales department and be responsible for taking orders from existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking orders from existing and new clients.
- Providing after-sale support.
- Generating sales reports.
- Providing overall administrative support to the sales department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bengali – Advanced.
- English – Advanced.
- Hindi – Advanced.
- Urdu – Advanced.
Benefits
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with some weekends as and when business needs arise. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
