Job Title: Deputy Home Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Aspris Children's Services Limited. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting and caring for our young people with emotional and behavioural needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and care for our young people, promoting their independence and self-care skills.
  • Oversee the effective implementation of care and independence programmes.
  • Manage shift patterns on a rota basis and lead a small staff team.
  • Communicate effectively with our young people, staff, and external agencies.
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People.
  • Experience working with vulnerable children and young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and lead a small staff team.
  • Resilience and ability to manage challenging situations.
