About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Building Services Professional to join our team at Align Property Partners in Cumbria. As a key member of our Building Services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality electrical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a range of services including building pathology, design, project management, building surveys, and contract administration.
  • Produce early design advice through to detailed electrical services design.
  • Manage a busy and varied project workload, appreciating complex situations and communicating clearly with other disciplines.
  • Advise on Health and Safety issues, fire safety, and sustainability throughout the design and construction period of projects.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree or HNC in Building Services/Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in the preparation of electrical surveys and condition survey reports.
  • Experience supervising and monitoring Electrical installation work on site.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Autodesk AutoCAD, and NBS software, Revit.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
