This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cleaning operative or someone looking to start their career in this field. We offer comprehensive training for the right candidate, so prior experience is not essential. However, we do require excellent communication skills, good physical ability, and the ability to follow instructions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Site Maintenance: Empty bins across the site, dust and wipe down surfaces, clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning products.
  • Cleaning Equipment: Use on-site machinery such as a viper scrubber dryer, demon pressure washer, and floor buffer.
  • Spillages and Cleanliness:** Clean spillages promptly and maintain a safe, sanitary environment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and report inventory and supplies to relevant parties.

**Health and Safety:

We take the health and safety of our staff and customers extremely seriously. As a Cleaning Professional, you will be expected to adhere to all health and safety regulations, report any maintenance issues, hazards, or accidents/incidents to the appropriate parties, and wear issued personal protective equipment as required.

**Customer Service:** Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers, tenants, clients, and colleagues, responding to any cleaning requests or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

**Working Conditions:

This role involves working a rota with a fixed 44 hours per week, including early starts, weekend shifts, and potential public holidays depending on the rota. You will be exposed to cleaning chemicals, but we provide comprehensive training on handling these safely, and a COSHH is in place alongside other health and safety regulations.

**Salary and Benefits:

The current rate of pay is £11.55 per hour, with double pay on public holidays. Holidays are accumulated throughout the year, totaling 246.4 hours. Additional benefits include a performance bonus, double pay on public holidays, free parking on site, uniform provided, pension scheme available, and training opportunities.

**Requirements:** First aid certification desirable but training will be provided for the right candidate. Prior knowledge in a cleaning role preferred but not essential, as full training will be given where necessary. Good communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and physical ability to perform cleaning tasks are essential.
