Leadership and Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Support Worker Lead to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support.
The salary for this role is estimated at £13.15 per hour, with opportunities for additional pay for sleep-in sessions and on-call duties.
Key Responsibilities- To lead and manage a team of support workers, providing guidance and training as needed.
- To oversee the planning and delivery of individualised care plans, working closely with our clients and their families.
- To ensure that all aspects of our service meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
We are looking for someone who has obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or is willing to work towards this qualification.
Benefits- Welcome bonus of £500 on completion of 12 months of employment (terms apply)
- Generous Annual Leave entitlement of 25 days + 8 days bank holiday for the first 5 years, increasing to 28 days + 8 days bank holiday after 5 years
