  • Support the Operations Manager in managing the performance, productivity, and wellbeing of the onsite delivery team.
  • Observe, coach, and develop team members to exceed targets and improve overall team performance.
  • Resolve escalated complaints and maintain key relationships with partners.
  • Ensure the team's strict adherence to quality targets and guidelines in accordance with the programme obligations and PeoplePlus policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to analyze data and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • High ethical standards and personal accountability for all actions.
  • Extensive experience in team management across multiple sites and contracts within the Welfare to Work sector.
  • Success in meeting contractual targets and achieving financial budgets.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to undertake essential travel throughout the UK as required.
