Food and Beverage Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Mercure Haydock Park Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the Food and Beverage team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage experiences.
- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in the smooth operation of the department, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure a visible presence in the outlet, responding promptly and effectively to customer requests and queries, and using feedback to enhance future service delivery.
- Manage guest complaints and resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance the overall guest experience and promote a positive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with company standards and procedures, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service and maintaining a thorough knowledge of Hotel products and auditing procedures.
- Prepare the department for business and forthcoming days' service, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation.
- Communicate and cooperate with all colleagues in all departments, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and personal presentation, ensuring a positive representation of the Hotel.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations, reporting any hazards, accidents, or incidents to management.
