Job Opportunity: Food & Beverage Supervisor

Klarent Hospitality is seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Mercure Haydock Park Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Food & Beverage team and motivate them to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in the smooth operation of the department.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly and effectively to customer requests and queries.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the guest experience.
  • Continuously develop new knowledge and skills to ensure best practice service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and standards.
  • Ability to work a varied shift pattern, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
