We are seeking a highly experienced Director to join our team at Davies - Consulting Division.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the UK consulting market, with a strong network of industry contacts and potential clients.

The Director will be responsible for leading and managing client engagements, developing and executing business development strategies, and building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders.

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in consulting, with a proven ability to lead and manage consulting teams effectively, develop and execute successful business development strategies, and introduce innovative solutions and practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing client engagements to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.
  • Developing and executing business development strategies to attract new clients.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on market trends to expand service offerings.
  • Mentoring and developing junior consultants to build a strong, capable team.

The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking individual with a deep commitment to understanding and meeting client needs, excellent communication skills, and a strong interpersonal focus.
