Employee Relations Specialist

Job Overview: We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Officer to join our busy manufacturing organisation.
">The ideal candidate will have knowledge of UK employment law and the ability to handle ER cases including absence management, capability assessments, and investigations into complex cases.
">As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for supporting management through low-level employee relations cases, coaching managers on matters throughout the employee lifecycle, and assisting with any HR-related admin duties.
">This is an exciting opportunity for someone to gain exposure to a busy and varied workforce and be mentored by a highly experienced Head of People.
">Responsibilities:

Requirements:
">- Knowledge of UK employment law
- Ability to handle ER cases
- Strong communication skills
Benefits:
">This is a full-time permanent position, onsite in Leicester, with flexibility on start & finish times between 7.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
">Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
