Electrical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our Facilities team at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment, infrastructure, and facilities across the resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining equipment, infrastructure, and facilities across the resort
  • Completing electrical modifications, installations, test & inspections, in accordance with all current legislation
  • Providing an efficient time response to all maintenance issues
  • Delivering the best possible experiences for our guests, with Health & Safety being our number 1 priority

Requirements:

  • Up to date 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Level 3 NVQ or equivalent + AM2
  • Post apprenticeship experience within a relevant building services or engineering environment
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Experience of planned preventative maintenance systems of work
  • Be comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
  • A good working knowledge of related health, safety, and legislation relating to facilities
  • Able to work well in a team and independently
  • Experience in electrical modifications, testing & inspections, remedial work, and completing statutory compliance tasks
