Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Claims Administrator to join our team at International Medical Group. As a Travel Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling claims related to travel insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, faxes, and emails, referring where necessary to the appropriate Claims Handler
* Set up new cases and claims on the Trident Travel system, whether notified by telephone, fax, or email
* Perform various administrative duties, including external post, claims settlements, and attaching incoming mails to the correct area within the claims system
* Verify policy issues and issue the correct claims forms
* Provide support and administrative assistance as directed by Claims Handlers

Requirements:

* Previous insurance/assistance experience or similar
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, delivered in a clear and professional manner
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* A high level of accuracy
* Ability to work under pressure in a close-knit team
