MCG Healthcare is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to lead our clinical team in Central Oxford. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for maintaining high clinical standards and providing strategic, professional, and operational leadership to the nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 7 nurses to maintain a high level of clinical standards and efficiency
- Provide a nursing voice at a senior level and contribute to the development of practice policies
- Ensure practice policies and group policies are adhered to at all times
- Provide outstanding patient and client care
Requirements:
- Experience as a Nursing Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of clinical standards and best practices
