About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Campaign Analyst to join our Data team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights to inform our CRM acquisition and retention campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of CRM campaigns by analysing data and identifying key trends and insights.
  • Liaise with marketing teams and agencies to specify, test and sign off the delivery of new and optimised CRM campaigns.
  • Develop and implement detailed testing analysis to ensure CRM campaigns are signed off correctly.
  • Design and deliver campaign success KPI reports to monitor delivery progress and resolve any issues.
  • Implement and monitor the impact of split testing and offer testing.
  • Deliver CRM performance reports and post-campaign insight.
  • Implement campaign best practice processes.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues throughout the campaign process, including resolving issues with third parties and other departments.
  • Investigate customer queries relating to CRM campaign targeting using our insight tool Apteco Fast Stats.
About You

The successful candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of data structures and data formats, as well as experience of delivering data selection and management of marketing campaign programs.

  • Experience of creating campaign report dashboards to monitor and evaluate success.
  • CRM campaign lifecycle management, from concept to go live and post go live reporting.
  • Experience of multi-channel CRM targeting campaigns.
  • Good understanding of relational databases and the data-driven CRM campaign process.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office including Excel.
  • Experience using any of the following: Apteco Fast Stats, SQL, Access, Alterian, Business Objects or Adobe Campaign.
  • Strong team player.
  • Excellent understanding of CRM relational databases.
  • Numerate and analytical.
  • Determined and enthusiastic with excellent customer focus.
  • Keen to make recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
