Mental Health Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Services Manager to join our team. As an Advanced Healthcare Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading clinical teams.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00, with opportunities for flexible working arrangements. You will work closely with other Community Mental Health Teams, social care, and agencies to benefit patients.
The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional development and career growth.
You will lead as a driver for change, monitoring and improving standards through supervision, evidence-based practice, clinical audits, research, and education. Our team aims to empower people to make the most of their lives through our outstanding, joined-up healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert clinical leadership and supervision to clinical teams
- Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to coordinate complex activities and programmes of care
- Design, deliver, and evaluate education and training in practice
- Undertake clinical supervision and systematic peer caseload review of colleagues
- Demonstrable experience of working in a provider organisation and within a relevant specialty as Registered Practitioner Band 7 level
- Evidence of effective leadership and risk management skills
- Able to demonstrate wide knowledge of health policy and its application in practice
- Able to demonstrate advanced skills for assessing and interpreting complex client conditions
