**Job Title:** Mental Health Support Worker
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Blandford. As a key member of the teaching team, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and emotional well-being of students in a classroom setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in their learning and development.
- Build positive relationships with students, helping them to develop confidence and resilience.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior experience working with children or young people with mental health needs or SEN is essential.
