Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Executive to join our team at Malmaison Belfast. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and support to the Front Office team to ensure that they are equipped to deliver world-class service to our guests.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to the Frasers Standard, which includes maintaining high levels of cleanliness, providing excellent communication, and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of rapport with our customers, ensuring that they feel valued and respected at all times.
  • Work closely with the Front Office Manager and other members of the senior management team to achieve all set targets and budgets.
  • Ensure that all billing and revenue control processes are maintained at all times.
  • Respond to feedback, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coach and mentor the team to lead our WOW service, ensuring that all staff are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
