Customer Experience Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, using our property management systems to maximize room occupancy and promote hotel services and facilities.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Attend training courses to develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent grooming standards, with a calm, efficient, and organized approach to work.
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude, and work effectively as part of a team.
